Cosmopharmac has recently adopted a management system consistent with PdR 125:2022 and is committed to creating a work environment that protects the psychophysical well-being of employees, where gender equality is pursued, diversity is protected and female empowerment is supported.

To this end, training courses are promoted on topics related to gender equality (e.g. harassment, stereotypes, discrimination, …) ensuring participation by all employees.

Management, in coordination with the Steering Committee, promotes behaviors that can guarantee an inclusive environment.

In terms of personnel management, management ensures that the reward system in the company is based on meritocracy and is independent of gender and that in the selection phase of new staff the reference criterion is exclusively competence.

With respect to communication, management has approved guidelines on inclusive language distributed to all staff to be used also for external communications.
